Integrated Rehabilitation Services is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and commitment to join our team as a Certified Athletic Trainer in our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tolland.
Position Purpose Serve as the Head Athletic Trainer in the high school setting (hours per high school contract) utilizing specific knowledge and skills to prevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries incurred by student-athletes.
Act as an extension of our community outreach by representing Integrated Rehabilitation Services as the provider of athletic training services.
Team treat patients in clinical setting utilizing specific knowledge and skills that assist the Physical Therapist to provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.
Serve as a resource to patients in the education and progression of the therapeutic exercise progression to help to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.

NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Connecticut or license eligible Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team Outgoing and energetic personality Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
