We are seeking a person that has the mindset to be a self-starter and is detail oriented.
Day to day tasks included but not limited to are:
Greeting patients, answering phones, entering and explaining treatment plans, verifying insurance coverage and co-insurance responsibility.
Other duties include scheduling, registering new patients, benefit breakdowns, use of insurance portals, collecting payments, monitoring schedule, lab cases and triaging emails and calls to appropriate people.
Candidate should possess strong customer service and computer skills.
