Bookkeeper Office Manager

Bookkeeper / Office Manager needed for busy and growing Auto Body Shop & Repair facility. General duties include:
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Cash Management / Bank Account Reconciliations
Payroll processing (transitioning to outside payroll service)
Tracking repair order costs thru industry specific software systems
Month end closes & financial statements, including multiple companies
Sales tax reporting, state business filings, property taxes, etc.
General office administration, systems & procedures
Privately held company with twenty employees. Must be familiar with Quick Books and have general accounting experience. Fast paced environment including customer contact. Ability to multi task is absolute necessity.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
