and MFC experience At least 3 years of hands-on application development experience in VC+
and MFC At least 3 year of lead role experience in application development (Tech Lead or Architect) Development experience in graphical application development Development experience in Managed Code interoperability Good understanding in Object Oriented Design and development 4
years of working experience on large scale enterprise applications (500K LOC or more) 4
years of designs and articulating solutions both verbally and on paper 2
Years working with offshore teams 2
years working directly with customers (Business & Technical) Good to have:
